The 2007 Bistro Award winner for Best Male Vocalist, Keith David, actor, singer and Emmy award-winning voice-over artist will serve as the celebrity host for the 2007 ICD Festival Program. David also serves as co-founder/producer of the ICD Film, Theatre & Literary Festival.

The ICD Film Festival pays tribute to the award-winning, international filmmaker, Euzhan Palcy, the first Black woman to direct a Hollywood movie. Palcy who is acknowledged as one of the worlds’ most influential filmmakers, is widely recognized for her strong body of work that encompasses various cinematic lexicons.
